• Items are eligible for return within 14 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must:
  • Be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
• Clearance, final sale items, and personalized/customized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is approved.

• Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect.
• TruFaith is not responsible for returns lost in transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
